Breathable, LLC is committed to giving you high-quality mental health and wellness services. Most payments for services are final, because they cover the time and expertise of our providers.
When Refunds Might Be Considered
While refunds are not guaranteed, we can review requests in certain situations, such as:
- A billing mistake (like a double charge)
- Technical issues that prevent you from using a service
- Other unique situations that our Care Team determines are valid
Each request is reviewed individually.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact the Breathable Care Team through your patient portal or send an email to info@livebreathable.com
- Include:
- Your name and account info
- The date(s) of service
- The reason for your refund request
We’ll review your request and get back to you within two (2) business days
What Usually Can’t Be Refunded
- Sessions that have already happened
- Late cancellations or missed appointments
- Bundled packages
Refunds If Approved
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- It may take a few days for the refund to show in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your Rights
Some local laws may give you additional rights to request a refund or cancel services. This policy doesn’t replace those legal rights.
